Products are offered through stores and sellers available on Maiomb. Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other details should be reviewed before placing an order. Where a seller is responsible for fulfilling an order, that seller is responsible for confirming availability and preparing the order in accordance with the applicable arrangements and laws.

Submitting an order through Maiomb does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. The relevant store or seller must review and accept the order before the process proceeds to payment. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer should be informed and any payment already made should be handled in accordance with the applicable refund policy and law.
